 <p>this one-day seminar was designed to explore the diversity in your organization and increase employees' awareness of the differend attitudes\, beliefs and values that other employees may have.</p>
 <p>The seminar uncovers what diversity really is and what it isn't and discusses why diversity is so important\, how behaviors are impacted by biases and inaccurate perceptions\, and how these behaviors affect co-workers.</p>
