Annual Community Christmas Dinner
The Fort Frances Volunteer Bureau is proud to offer the Annual Community Christmas Dinner. For the past 24 years, the Fort Frances Volunteer Bureau and community partners have coordinated a fantastic event designed to bring families and community together. Together we support each other with a warm nutritious meal, camaraderie and friendship. In past events, we have supported up to 300 people at the annual dinner event, including over 60 Meals on Wheels.
This year the dinner will be held on Saturday December 25th, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at the Knox United Church. Meals on Wheels will be available for those who are unable to attend the Knox United Church, delivery beginning at 11:00 am. Meals on Wheels orders are requested prior to December 22 by calling the Fort Frances Volunteer Bureau at 274-9555.
Food and monetary donations are accepted. Volunteers are required to prepare food for the meal. We will accept small door prizes for girls and boys as well as men and women.
